Dining was a highlight, with outstanding food, including delicious American pancakes. the room felt compact for our three nights, and we encountered some noise from the pub below. this charming inn successfully combines a lovely atmosphere with excellent dining options.

The steak pie here is hands down the best I've had in ages, and the amazing gravy took it over the top! There’s a lovely garden area to chill out in and live music that adds to the good vibes. Just a heads up, the cushions outside could use a wash since some folks bring their dogs. it’s not great when you're dressed up. 😊

The Deluxe King Room was clean and comfortably decorated, providing a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances from the restaurant below. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the lack of reserved parking for overnight guests was disappointing.
